


Classes

Adults Class
A class will typically include weapons practice with the Japanese training sword (bokken), the short staff (jo), and a open handed techniques (taijitsu) that cover joint locks, holds, and throws.
We place emphasis on learning the fundamental techniques that underpin more advanced forms. This enables a good grounding in the specific body movement, breathing and mental awareness required to execute techniques whilst remaining centred.
Training times: Tues & Thurs 7pm - 8.30pm, Sat: 9am - 10am
Fee: $100 per month

Beginners Program
We are committed to providing clear and effective instruction in a friendly and safe environment. One of the first things you will learn is how to fall safely!
Our structured 8 week program for new adults provides the right level of detail for beginners and enables confidence and progress at a steady pace.
We also offer an optional new member kit that includes a training uniform, bokken and jo - details here.
Introductory fee: 8 weeks for $88

Kids Class
Children aged between 7 years and 13 Years are eligible to join our Kids Aikido class and become an 'Aiki Ninja'!
Our 'Aiki Ninjas' class will develop discipline, respect and harmony.
Kids classes coincide with the South Australian school terms and run on Thursdays from 6.00pm to 7.00pm.
